Reflection There are a lot of benefits of doing exercise and people of all age groups can take advantage of exercise. Exercise helps in improving the strength and efficiency of cardiovascular system which will improve the flow of oxygen and nutrition’s in your body. If your cardiovascular system is working fine then you will find everything easy and ultimate happiness in your lives. Exercising daily will help you in improving your muscle strength. Your muscles will get stronger, tendons and ligaments will become flexible which will allow you to move easily and will protect you from sudden injuries. If you are having strong muscles and ligaments you are having very less chance of joint and lower back pain as all your joints are going to be in proper alignment. The coordination and balance of your body will also get improved.

On a day to day basis, Core exercises plays a vital part of a well-rounded fitness program. Most of the time, core exercises are neglected, though push ups and sit ups are occasionally executed and used during exercise routines. Still, it pays to get your core muscles the muscles around your trunk and pelvis in better shape. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles. An individual may also include several specific core exercises to stabilize and strengthen ones core. Some examples of core exercises include planks, sit-ups and fitness ball exercises. Our core is our entire support system,. Core muscles play a huge role in our everyday activities, from getting out of bed, to walking down the street, and bending over to grab your purse but, most importantly, it literally help you stay upright. Core strength is crucial in every movement you do you need to build enough core strength before you could build anywhere else. It plays dominant role in movement in every plane of motion but you need to use it correctly.
