Dear Ms. Sheila Mae Pasicolan, Hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. I am writing this letter inviting you to join an exercise with me. As you know, for the last few months we are going through a hectic schedule because of many requirements in the school. So let’s try to do some exercise that can improve our body to be more healthy and fit so that we can do all the task we are going through. It is an impact kind of exercise because we are going to reduce our weight. It is a weight training type of exercise because we are going to use equipment. We are going to play badminton in play and smash or any possible place where we can play. It will take 1 hour per day and we are going to play just 3 times a week. It improves our psychological fitness because badminton helps us to reduce stress and anxiety. As we perform this exercise we should have a discipline so that we can achieve the body goals we want.
