PEAK FLOW Causes of reduced peak flow ●

Larynx • tumour, oedema.



Trachea • tumour, goitre, strictures, relapsing polychondritis.



Bronchi • tumour, foreign body, asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis.



Lung parenchyma • tumour



Chest wall • ankylosing spondylitis, neuromuscular disease.
