JULY is NUTRITION, ECOLOGY MONTH Nutrition Month is one of the essential celebrations responding to the aim of promoting good life and good health for every learner. This celebration will teach each learner, especially the pupils, about being aware of the contents of the foods they eat and the importance of healthy lifestyle. Childhood is an important time to develop healthy patterns for life and prevent weight problems. Encouraging children to eat healthy food and be physically active can be a challenge. It requires patience, practice and time.
