Partnership Contract

A business partnership contract between Mr Satish Shrivastava & Mr Ankit Sharma 

This is confirmed that Mr Ankit Sharma and Satish Shrivastava have set up English Spoken Academy named (The Personality & English Language Improver Academy) where in Mr Ankit Sharma will be the business partner of Mr Satish Shrivastava and the 50 % of the money excluding academic expenses such as building rent, electricity bill etc. will be offered to Mr Ankit Sharma by Satish Shrivastava.



This contract is active from 1st of August 2018 to 1st of July 2019.



If the business grows then the contract will be renewed on the same expiry date mentioned in the contract.



This is to clarify that Mr Ankit Sharma will have to remain present in the academy during the need of him so that the growth of the business may not suffer.



I here by confirm all the points mentioned above which state that Mr Ankit Sharma will be my business partner in the academy and his 50% share will be given to him excluding building rent & electricity bill on monthly basis.
