Participation

PARTICIPATION    Is

the act of participating , or being related to a larger whole. Another word for this is involvement. A person can enjoy participation in a club, a celebration, or even a conversation.



UNFORTUNATELY

Less attention is paid to participation in conference and discuss that to leadership, yet the average person has many more experiences and responsibilities in the participants role.  

FORTUNATELY

We know that none of this conclusions are found and that much effort is being expended in recent years to discover just what the role of an individual group member is, how it relates to other’s in the group and to the group leader and how individuals can work best together to achieve a cooperative group objective.

 Dynamic

of participation

Every participant in a small group discussion such as a conference is indirect and dynamic relationship with everyone else in the room. He communicates unilaterally with each person in the group and with the leaders, yet every participants is a listener and reacts in some way to every communication which appears to be between just two person.

 

The four major purposes of speaking up in a discussion 1.

To offer or seek. Information or to clarify

2.

To offer or seek. Opinion this could be for or against the proposal under consideration or the goal of the conference it could also result from on induce argument and tension.

3.

To offer or seek. Solution.

4.

To summarize and make transition or otherwise help ‘’lead’’ the conference.

Participant’s responsibilities 

Develop a proper attitude



Have respect for other members



Help shape goals and decisions



Participate appropriately.
