HOW TO EVALUATE ALL THE PARAMETER 1. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Communication skills can be evaluated by different activities like debate, seminar, presentation group discussion and extempores. By these competition exercises we can judge who is better in communication skills and decide who is
the best in communication skills.
2. LEADERSHIP QUALITIES Leadership qualities of students can be evaluated by the following :•Group acitvities, •Organising committee, •Group discussion, •Batch leaders/ class representatives,
3. BEST SYNDICATE Judging which syndicate is performing the best can be evaluated by the following :• Syndicate-wise activites such as – • Presentations •Assignments •Class performance
4. DISCIPLINE AND ATTENDANCE This can be judged by the following :• regularity in attending class • punctuality. • class behaviour. • compliance with the rules and regulations • appropriately dressed.
5. BEST CLUB Clubs can be judged by the following criteria :• organization of events • participation in events • discipline within a club • co-ordination within the club
6. EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITES These activities can be evaluated by the following :• participation • performance
7. ALL-ROUNDER ( ON THE BASIS OF THE ABOVE PARAMETERS, WE CAN JUDGE WHO OR WHICH TEAM IS AN ALLROUNDER. RECOGNIZING THEM IN SOME FORMAL EVENT LIKE THE ANNUAL FUNCTION WOULD BOOST THEIR PERFORMANCE FURTHER)
