Eating more healthy will help you to avoid illness and feeling good. If you also make sport at the same time, it’s better than better because it helps you to put in form and reducing some fats of your body.

4-Drink more water 5-Don’t be a food calories detective 6-Get moving, make sport! 7-Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, etc 8-Don’t change sharply your eating habits 9-Limit sugary food, salt and refined grain products

-Eating smart: -Take time to chew your food -Avoid stress while eating -Listen to your body -Eat early, and eat often -Concentrate on what you are eating, don’t make other things at the same time
