January 6, 2008 Paddington, I refuse to play games with you. Your participation as a member of CJ Koepp’s posse, at the August CPP meeting, was not warm neighborly behavior on your part. You know that and I know that. The circus-like atmosphere that you and your sobbing husband, and the rest of Koepp’s posse, created at the December ZBA meeting was not warm neighborly behavior. You and Koepp’s posse turned that meeting into a travesty. You know that and I know that. The foolish and erroneous assumptions that you and your husband made and presented at that meeting were not neighborly. The theatrics and your juvenile behavior were not meant to be warm or neighborly. Creating, signing, and then even using your grade school children to pad that asinine and insulting petition against us, was not neighborly. We both know that. Demanding Stop Work Orders for work that we are doing on this property, that had no connection to you, is not warm or neighborly. You unnecessarily took a side in an ugly dispute that you do not understand and would have been better served staying out of. You did not have to involve yourself. Because of your actions you have forfeited any possibility for friendly, easy-going, neighborly relations, such as the ones we have enjoyed with our many neighbors here over the past 30 years. Surely, you must have realized this would be the result of your aggressive and partisan acts towards us. I did not cancel any meeting last week. I have no control over Village of Aurora government meetings. You have nothing to thank me for. You know that and I know that. Please do not stick any more notes in my door. I no longer wish to communicate with you. Laura Holland
