The DTTB system supplied shall also be able to operate in both the 2K and 8K mode. The selection of transmission parameters for the 8 MHz Channel Bandwidth are as indicated in Table 2.

With regard to the Hardware Operation System/Middleware, which shall be associated with any hardware supplied within the DTTB system, the tenderer is required to submit based on both DVB MHP standards as well as any other equivalent stable and proven standards. The middleware for the STB shall be an MHP compliant middleware to provide the interface between the in stream application and the box operating system. MHP offers a common Application Programming Interface (API) based on a public standard, open to anyone to develop, build upon and apply.
