Abstract Introduction Problem statement: This will be in relation to the chosen product and two countries for comparison i.e. Nigeria and Ghana Delimitations Outline of the report: 1. Historical background 2. External analysis: With this I will like to use Political, Economic, Social/Cultural and Technology (PEST) analysis to see what the external environment is for the company in the chosen countries. Porter five forces also will be use to evaluate the environment • Political: - Under Political I will discuss issues like political stability, government control, legal systems, government attitude to FDI • Economic: - I will talk about each country’s GDP size, growth and structure, situation analysis of telecom sector, FDI inflows, inflation, macroeconomics policies, currency fluctuation, and ease of doing business. • Social/Cultural: - Issues like religion, social institutions, literacy rates, health and demographics will be discussed • Technology/Environment: - Quality of infrastructure, condition of natural environment and environmental policies and practices will be discussed. 1. International competitiveness of mobile Telecommunication: Porter Diamond theory will be used to discuss to industry competiveness and to relate it to the chosen countries. 2. Internal analysis: The seven resource- based view of competitive advantage will be use to discuss the company’s sustainability in the chosen market. Because this is a service company I will use the 7 p’s also to analyse the company’s competitiveness 3. Recommended market entry option and strategy: Here different options and strategy will be considered for the chosen company and for the chosen country. Also based on the chosen entry mode, a SWOT analysis will be made. Conlusion References/Bibliography
