Pale Ale Amber-colored, medium-bodied British-style ale with a smooth, mildly-hoppy character. ABV: 4.4% OG: 11.5 IBU: 27 CAL (12 oz.): 155

Hefeweizen This unfiltered American wheat ale is light in color, body and bitterness, with the delicious finish of wheat malt. Some important information about our bottled Hefeweizen. ABV: 3.9% OG: 9.5 IBU: 14 CAL (12 oz.): 125

Oatmeal Stout This rich, full-bodied stout has sweetness from caramel malt, bitterness from roasted barley and smoothness from flaked oats. ABV:5.7% OG: 14

Pilsner This golden-colored, medium-bodied lager has plenty of German and Czech hops for smooth bitterness and aroma. ABV:4.8% OG: 12.25 IBU: 35 CAL (12 oz.): 170

Dry-Hopped APA An American Pale Ale with a hearty dose of hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. We add hops directly into the finished beer to boost the fresh, fruity flavor and aroma of American hops. ABV:5.9% IBU: 50

No. 15 (October 30) Our 15th Anniversary Ale! A medium-bodied amber-colored ale with a delightful wheaty flavor and a fruity, spicy finish. ABV:6% IBU: 15

Bière de Garde A bottle-conditioned, French farmhouse-style ale. The name refers to the beer's ability to improve with age and if you choose to age this ale, the tart fruitiness from the yeast and the sweet maltiness from the grains will meld together nicely for several years at cellar temperatures. (Available in bottles only) ABV:7.5% IBU: 25 Cask-Conditioned DRAFT ONLY These beers receive a secondary fermentation in the cask and are hand pumped to the bar at "cellar temperature." Purely authentic, purely delightful, and only at The Tap Room. Our Pale Ale, as well as several seasonal ales, are available cask-conditioned.

JANUARY

Smoked Porter (January 4)

Doppelbock (January 18) This is the traditional German lager for Springtime fasting. It is a big beer with a deep brown color and a rich, malty flavor.

Scotch Ale (January 24) This big, malty ale is dark, sweet and roasty with enough strength to make it a winter warmer. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks.

FEBRUARY

Irish-Style Extra Stout (February 1) This full-bodied and full-flavored rich, dark ale has a malty sweetness balanced with plenty of hops to create the perfect stout. ABV:8% IBU: 45

English Brown Ale (February 8) A moderately sweet, malty brown ale with low hop bitterness and a gentle nutty character, like its creators.

India Pale Ale (February 8) Light amber in color, this medium-bodied ale is highly hopped in both aroma and bitterness, yet the maltiness is quite apparent.

MARCH

Nitro Irish Stout (March 9) This full-bodied, dry stout has the bitterness of roasted barley with flaked barley added for a smooth finish.

Vienna (March 21) Deep amber in color and medium in body, this malty lager is a light version of the Oktoberfest style.

APRIL American Brown (April 3) A mild-mannered brown ale, medium-bodied with a rich malty character and a decent dose of American hops. Summer Kölsch (April 11) This light-colored, refreshing ale is THE beer of Cologne. Well-balanced and mildmannered, this beer is great for summer. Also available in bottles. MAY Maibock (May 1) This big, golden, malty lager is full-bodied, sweet and delicious! Brewed for the Maifest, in celebration of spring. Heritagebirra (Early May) A full-bodied lager with a pronounced hop bitterness to balance the malt sweetness. Brewed for the St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival as the festival beer. Raspberry Hefeweizen (May 9)

Our unfiltered wheat ale is delicious and refreshing with the addition of raspberry. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks. ABV:3.9% OG: 9.5 IBU: 14 CAL (12 oz.): 125 India Brown Ale (May 17) Our Tap Room Brewer Brennan has hand crafted this ale to celebrate his marriage to the beautiful Natasha. This unique brew has the color of a brown ale, but the aroma of an American style IPA. Dry Hopped with Cascade and Willamette, this beer will prove just how complex a brown ale can be. 5.2% abv, 40 IBU’s, O.G. 13P. Dortmunder (May 30) This strong lager, also known as an Export, is straw colored and well balanced; neither hops nor malt predominates. A favorite of the regulars!

JUNE

Export IPA (June 6) This full-bodied traditional English-style ale is brewed with a high gravity and extra hops, which originally helped to preserve the beer on long voyages from England to India. 8% ABV

Weissbier (June 13) This Bavarian-style unfiltered wheat ale is light in color and medium-bodied with a fruity and clovey aroma and flavor imparted by the German yeast. Raspberry Hefeweizen (June)

JULY Grand Cru (July 11) Fruity, spicy aromas and flavors contribute to the complexity of this golden-colored Belgian ale. Medium body and effervescence contribute to a light, dry impression, despite its strength and sweet, smooth finish. ABV: 9%, OG: 18.3, IBU: 20 Witbier (July 18) This unfiltered wheat ale is brewed with a Belgian yeast and flavored with orange peel and coriander. Very snappy and refreshing. ABV: 5%, OG: 12, IBU: 18

AUGUST Munich Dunkel (Aug 1) Oktoberfest (August 29) A malty, full-bodied, deep reddish-amber lager. Traditionally brewed in March for the Oktoberfest in the fall, this style is also known as Märzen. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks. ABV:5.1% OG: 13.75 IBU: 25 CAL (12 oz.): 185

Saison (August 31) A fruity Belgian ale. Amber in color and medium-bodied, this ale offers that familiar tart character contributed by the Belgian yeast. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks. ABV:6.0% OG: 14.5 IBU: 22

SEPTEMBER

Pumpkin Ale (September 5) A full-bodied, deep reddish amber beer made with pumpkin and butternut squash and spiced with nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Celebrate the bounty of harvest with this rich, malty ale and invoke the season of plenty. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks. ABV:8.0% OG: IBU: 16

Lindsay's 80 Shilling (September 19) Lindsay Cook is a Scottish gentleman/farmer, father of Sheena Cook Kopman (who is married to our V.P., Dan), and the beer we named for him is a slightly sweet, mildlyhopped, gently-carbonated amber Scottish ale.

OCTOBER

Hop Harvest Ale (October 12) Tantalize your taste buds with this unfiltered, full-flavored, orangellow-colored ale that is loaded with hops. We dry- hopped this beer with freshly picked Cascade hops flown in overnight from Hop Union in Yakima, Washington…did we mention hops?

Coffee Stout (October 24) This collaboration with Kaldi's Coffee uses the cold toddy method of extraction for the coffee. We mix it with Oatmeal Stout for an exceptionally delicious beer. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks. ABV:5.7% OG: 14 IBU: 40 CAL (12 oz.): 195

Winter ESB (October 31) This Extra Special Bitter is an amber-colored, malty ale with plenty of hops to balance the flavor. Rye flakes add a distinctive flavor, as well as extra body. Also available in bottles. Also available at Bottleworks. ABV:6.2% OG: 15 IBU: 45

NOVEMBER Porter (November 7) Christmas Ale (November 14)

A full-bodied amber ale to spice up the holidays. ‘Tis the season to enjoy this rich and flavorful ale made with orange peel, cloves and spicy hops. Also available in bottles.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (November 19) A roasty, rich and malty Imperial Stout with a strong dose of caramel, oak, and Bourbon character. This is a perfect beer to pair with hearty, cold-weather dishes, smoked meats, and virtually any dessert (especially chocolate).

DECEMBER

Belgian Tripel (December 12) This full-bodied, golden ale is brewed with a Belgian yeast, which gives it a rich, fruity character. This is NOT your typical yellow beer.

Barrel-Aged Barleywine (December 24) A heavy, sweet ale with a deep, copper color and lots of hops to balance the very large amount of malt. This very large beer has also been known to bite back.
