TOWNSHIP OF EWING ORDINANCE NO. _________ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EWING IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING MATERIALS IN CHAPTER 100, FEES, § 100-1. SCHEDULE OF FEES. BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Ewing that Chapter 100, FEES, § 100-1. Schedule of fees of the Code of the Township of Ewing is hereby amended as follows: Section 1: Chapter 100, FEES, § 100-1. Schedule of fees of the Code of the Township of Ewing is hereby amended as follows: § 100-1. A.

Section 2.
Postage and Packaging Material Fees. a.
Postage Fees. For all items requested to be returned through the mail, fees for postage shall be the actual cost of postage.
b.
Packaging Material Fees. For all items requested to be returned through the mail, fees for Township supplied packaging material shall be the actual cost of the materials, except no fee shall be charged for standard envelopes.
This Ordinance shall take effect after final passage and publication
according to law. STATEMENT This Ordinance amends the Revised General Municipal Ordinances of the Township of Ewing to establish.
