4.0 ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN 4.1 Type of Business Organization The business will be registered as partnership under the name Dinah and Bhandamme Auditing Services which derived from the name of the partners, Mrs. Merish Dinah Rebuldela and Mr. Bhandamme R. Paragas. 4.2 Organizational Structure The business shall be managed by the partners and there will be four (4) bookkeepers during peak season, two (2) of them are part-time and the other two (2) are full time. Must be a Certified Public Accountant. Has thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures. Has an excellent analytical skill with an attention to detail.
They are responsible in hiring applicants. They are responsible in auditing. They are responsible in designing and developing their advertising and marketing strategies. They are responsible in exercising the highest degree of good faith in all dealings with employees. They are in-charge in allocating all the responsibilities, duties, authority and must determine the level of accountability of each member in the organization. They are also incharge in developing sound and realistic plan of management for the forth coming fiscal period.

Staff
The employees must PHP answer for client calls 5,600 and messages They are in-charge with communicating with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, take orders and address complaints. They will compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities business transactions, and other activities. They will review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. They are responsible in delivering messages and items, such as documents to the clients. They will obtain signature and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments. They are in-charge in recording information, such as items received and delivered, and recipients’ responses to messages.
They are also responsible in the cleanliness of the room. Figure 4.2. The figure shows the activities to be achieved on schedule, within budget and according to expectations.
