A. Interests, Skills and Aptitude Inventory All of us are special. What interests us, what we feel strongly about, what we are clever at doing, what we have been trained in, what personality traits we have …. all these distinguish us from others. What this means is that you have a unique contribution to make to your community. Not everyone can do what you do the way you do it! That is why you need to have a good look at yourself before you decide what you want to do as a volunteer…so here we go!
Your Interests, Skills and Aptitudes Consider your answers to the groups of questions below. Use these questions as thought triggers to help you discover your interests, skills and aptitudes. What do you like to do in your leisure time? A What are some of the things you enjoy doing most? What are some of the things you do well? B
What are some of the achievements that you are proud of? What are some of your qualities that will come in useful in your service to others?
