FINDINGS

1. 90% of respondent had experience on online purchasing. 2. Female’s are more involved in online shopping. 3. Most respondent has positive attitudes towards online shopping.

4. The non experienced respondents on online shopping are afraid on security and to buy fake product. 5. Few of the respondents shop online in every week, and most of the respondent shop one time in every two months. 6. Most of the students spend 2000-3000 taka in online shopping. Most of them don’t buy expensive goods from online. 7. People likes to buy from online because of variety of products, and they can buy any time in a day.

8. Product ratings influence most of the respondent and quality of product influence rest of them. 9. Clothes and gadgets are the highest buying products online. 10. Highest number of respondent never face any fraud. 11. Most of the respondent are satisfied on after sale service from online shops.

Recommendation

1. Online shops should promote more product in range 2000-3000 taka as there is a great demand for the products in this range that is economical as well as qualitative to respondents. 2. Product Ratings plays an important role. Remarketing and customer loyalty plan can play a big role to influence potential

customers. 3. Implementing attractive product return policy and giving more security guarantee on payment process can influence more customer and it will create consumer confidence on online shopping.
