At SpringRole, we believe that there has to be a real reason to be on the blockchain. We are confident that to solve real problems that exist in today’s professional profile verification methodologies, we require the use of blockchain. The power of blockchain gives us complete control and has provided us with the flexibility to develop a trustworthy verification and attestation process from the ground up. We have designed the SpringRole network to promote trust among people and companies. We have built an attestation system powered by the use of public ledger and reputation scores. This also complements the fact that a clear attestation system is required to authenticate the validity of a resume and is a need of the hour. Equally important for us, was to design a protocol that is robust and easily scalable, making attesting and verifying profile claims intuitive.

Kartik Mandeville Kartik graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh with Masters from the Language Technologies Institute, School of Computer Science focusing on Big Data, Machine Learning, NLP, and Biotechnology. During this time there, he was part of the IBM Watson project and worked on genome analysis with machine learning. In 2010, he founded AutoBudder - a software which automatically wishes friends on their birthdays. AutoBudder reached out to 4 million people at its peak and won the ACM Challenge of Code.He was also a Kairos Global Fellow (2012). Kartik serves as the Senior Technical Advisor at Science-Inc, Handstand, and Lenny.
