[ISBN 1-931233-76-4/pbk] The referred booklet contributes to the endeavor to construct an adequate mathematical representation of the complexity and structured links typical for the real world. The text is divided into three chapters where the first one deals with the concepts of fuzzy cognitive maps and fuzzy relational maps. The neutrosophy is presented as a philosophy of neutralities which can be developed to a sort of non-standard logic generalizing the methods of fuzzy logic. The second chapter also includes several fields of potential applications of the presented neutrosophic model. Very short third chapter enumerates some further open problems.
