CHRIS ROLLE – or KAZI as he is known - is the voice of a new generation.

Featuring KAZI As Keynote Speaker

Kazi’s inspiring life story is the focus of a feature-length documentary film, The Hip Hop Project, which was released nationwide on May 11, 2007. Produced by Bruce Willis and Queen Latifah, the movie highlights Kazi’s personal journey, his fight to overcome the odds to become a successful entertainer and social entrepreneur, and his development of a groundbreaking music-based after school program, The Hip Hop Project (hiphopproject.org). This award-winning artist development/music business education program connects New York City teens to music industry professionals to write, produce and market their own compilation album on youth issues.
