A patient usually has the right for privacy, however when admitted in a teaching hospital a patient will be treated by students sometimes against his will. A patient is obligated to state that he had been admitted by his own will. The patient has the right to be made aware of the test and procedures that will be administrated to his case. After ER diagnostic, if the patient is admitted to the hospital he must agree. Exception: painful or scary procedures should not be discussed with children.
