November 30, 2009 Brian Westbrook did not play Sunday because of his second concussion this year. Repeated concussions can cause permanent damage to his brain. Should he be allowed to continue playing, or be forced to retire?

The total number of free African Americans rose from 25,000 in 1776 to 60,000 in 1790. Why?
