NEWS RELEASE FORT LAUDERDALE-HOLLYWOOD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WELCOMES THOUSANDS OF BROWARD COUNTY SCHOOL CHILDREN TO PERFORM IN THE TERMINALS The holiday decorations are up, and the children are singing and dancing. Fort LauderdaleHollywood International Airport and the Broward County Aviation Department is hosting its 21st Annual Winter Festival of Music on Monday, November 30 through Friday, December 4. Approximately, 1,200 children from various Broward County elementary, middle, and high schools will perform throughout the airport terminals. Passengers will be entertained through song and dance. This annual event helps to entertain our passengers during the busy holiday season and helps make the stress of travel more enjoyable. We often see our passengers participating by singing along and sometimes even dancing. The Broward County Aviation Department is dedicated to providing SUNsational Service and exceeding the needs of our passengers. The Winter Festival of Music is just one way to do this.
