OFFICER NOTE 18-09-2018 It is submitted that Mr.Shaoib Lodhi,AMA, Home Branch his conduct with senior officers and service records reveal that he has no initiative or sense of responsibility. Frequently, he stayed away from duty & neglected his work. Time & again he was warned/ reprimanded but there has been no improvement. We tried our best to motivate him to take interest in the work & to observe regularity & punctuality but of no avail. He has been as careless as ever & has refused to perform his duties seriously. His carelessness has not caused the work to suffer but it is also likely to affect the discipline among other members of the staff. Under circumstances we are of the concerned opinion that he may be transferred or his contract may be terminated whatever the competent authority may decide in the best interest of the office.
