ORDER RELEASING A PORTION OF REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

THIS MATTER came for hearing on April 9, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. for a hearing on Plaintiff’s

Request for Production of Document pursuant to the Open Government Act. Counsel Brad Huesman

22

appeared on behalf of Defendants. Ms. Christina-Maria Sablan appeared pro se.

At the hearing, Defendant objected to producing the following documents: 1) The Engagement

24

Letter; 2) Billing documents and statements sent to CNMI for 903 Litigation; and 3) Payments made by

25

CNMI to attorneys for 903 Litigation. According to Defendant, these were the only requested documents that he was objecting to produce pursuant to the Open Government Act.

Therefore, Defendant is Hereby Ordered to produce all other requested documents, except the three listed above, to Plaintiff within seven days of the date of this Order.

It is Further Ordered that Defendant file a privilege log with the court within 10 days of the

date of this Order. Once the Privilege Log is filed and received, the Court will further determine the

5

disposition in this matter.
