Norman was born in New York City on February 3, 1894. He was brought up a Catholic. His family moved all over the place. He would sketch on family vacation out in the country.
Norman Rockwell’s Beginning
He tried to get into the army but they didn’t let him. Began by doing drawings for news papers to show how he felt about war.
His own family
He was married twice and had two kids . At one time his studio was burnet down.
His Paint
He used a lot of different materials for his paintings but mostly paints and colored pencils. He doesn't have a preference to what he uses.
