of EMOTIONS. Most powerful channel of non verbal communication. Face tells the emotions of the communicator. Encoding and Decoding of messages through facial expressions is easier & effective.
OCULESICS OCULESICS EYE BEHAVIOUR degree of eye contact. Use of eye in non verbal communication. Include eye contact or eye avoidance Direct and powerful form of non verbal Communication.
POSTURE Right
posture is very important in N.V.C. For confidence and self assurance: Keep head both horizontally and vertically upright. Authoritative and serious: Straight head position. Friendly listening : Tilt head just little to one side.

moving body parts one can convey both SPECIFIC and GENERAL messages. Allows individuals to express a variety of feeling and thoughts. Gestures are observed actions.
