April 7,2008 Asst. Chief Michael Parker Hartford Fire Dept. 275 Pearl St. Hartford, CT 06103 Mike, A serious allegation has been made about Deputy Chief Nolan. The charges are that he solicited the recruits to donate to a charity he is involved in. The allegations are. 1.

If the recruits sold 5-10 raffle tickets he would reduce their punishment towers by 5-10 towers.

2.

If they donated Sony PlayStations or the monetary equivalent, he would reduce P.T.

3.

If they participated in the Big Climb on their off time, their punishment could be reduced.

4.

If they just donated money, their punishment could be reduced.

These are serious allegations that must be looked into and Investigated immediately. Very truly yours,
