Priest River

Priest River is a small, quiet town lo-

ca cated at the junction of the Pend Oreille and Priest River and 50 an 5 miles from Spokane and Coeur d’ Alen ka ene. The town is on the International Selkirk k Loop and Historic Rivers Passage. Priest River is in the mid iddle of a recreation n paradise with great fishin ing, hunting, snow owmobiling, downhill and cross-country c ski kiing, boating swimming, rafting, r off roading g biking, hiking, golfing an and bird watching. The population of the ci city is 1,754 and the e surrounding area- Bonner County is only y 37,000. It is nestled in the Selkirk Mounntains at 2,100 feet. The climate is pleasant nt with summer highs rarely above 90 dede grees followed by evenings of 60’s. Winters are usually mild with an average ge snowfall of 72 inches and few snowfalls s over 8 inches. The city is incorporated d with city owned sewer and water facilities es, town offices, police force. Priest River has as a 3000 lighted runway and is a short walk k to town.
