Moca as an Organization O Moca is an open source medical diagno ostics software incubator spun out of the Next Billion Network incubator. Moca manages g software code and intellectual property by a number of prrogrammers and experts to meet the needs of mobile telehealth. Moca's goal is to provide a platform th hat allows governments, governments NGOs and businesses to seamlessly deploy telehe ealth and semi-automated decision support at a low cost, without re-inven nting the wheel in each instance.
