Simple Kids Our Kids Club is using curriculum called First Look. First Look uses five key strategies to teach the concepts:
Teach less for more: Repeats one key truth (Bottom Line) all month long. Engage the five senses: Helps master the concept through creative activities.
Teach with the end in mind: Helps a child by age five, to believe: 1. God made me
2. God loves me
3. Jesus wants to be my friend forever
Experience worship: Encourages children to talk to God any time, any place.
Connect at home: Provides parents with ideas for conversation with their child at home. We thought that you might be interested in knowing what your little one is learning in the Kids Club while you are at Mom2Mom!
Here is what the Kids
Club is learning this month...
Basic Truth: God Made Me Key Question: Who made everything? Bottom Line: God made everything. Memory Verse: “You made the world and everything in it” Psalms 89:11, NCV
