YOUR WARD OFFICERS ARE Sergeant Roni DOYLE, Acting Sergeant Phil PEARCE, PC Steve LAMB, PCSOs Corinne PURKISS, Sandy VAN DAMME and Daniella CASALI. Our Ward priorities are 1. Burglary 2. Motor Vehicle Crime. 3. Drug issues. These are set by members of the public sitting on the Ward Panel. PINNER SNT NEWS AUGUST 2009 ANTI BURGLARY AND TRAFFIC OPERATION The Pinner SNT Team arranged an operation whereby vehicles were checked for speed and roadworthiness in the area. The intention of this was also to target known criminals in the area, and to disrupt their ability to move around the Ward and surrounding areas. The roads most likely used by offenders were targeted. Since the beginning of July there have only been three reported domestic burglaries on the whole of Pinner Ward. MOTOR VEHICLE CRIME BMWs have been targeted recently, and had their alloy wheels stolen. Owners of such vehicles are advised to consider changing their locking wheel nuts as thieves appear able to unlock the BMW locking wheel nuts. Vehicle crime prevention packs have been handed out at various meetings with the public and we are patrolling areas where vehicle crimes take place. DRUG ISSUES Two people have recently been arrested for possession of crack cocaine. Cannabis has been seized, and warnings issued to a number of people. Drugs warrants have also been executed at addresses on the Ward. E-mail address? Would you like to be updated with all the latest news from Pinner Safer Neighbourhoods Team?
