Civics/Government Students will be leaning the roles and responsibilities of the United States President. Students will be discussing issues that our government leaders are dealing with. Each student will read various articles relating to the position of the president and summarize. Students will decide on one president from the past that intrigues them and write a report on this person. I feel it is very important for students to learn about the current leaders of the world and the current events happening around the world. Literature Students will be reading various chapters throughout their Literature in which we will review in class. Students will be expected to discuss the material during class. It is expected that students will be ready before class. I feel this will enable students learn how to comprehend their material. turned in by March 15, 2006. I hope this field trip will be a day of learning for the students. Students may bring lunches with them, but no glass. If any parents would like to chaperone this trip, please contact me by the 15th. Geometry

During the next couple of weeks I hope my classroom will turn into a world of knowledge concerning Geometry.

Students will be learning many formulas to help them solve equations. Students will have homework every night except Friday. This may seem very difficult on the students, but I feel math is a subject that must be repeated in order to learn. I want my students to excel in the area of Geometry.

Biology In the area of Biology during the next couple of weeks our classroom will be discussing the cell. We will review the different parts of a cell, how the cell divides, and what a cell is made of.
