The word communication derived from the Latin word ‘communicare’ that means to ‘share’ or ‘participate’

 

Communication is the process by which we exchange meanings, facts, ideas, opinions, information, or emotions with other people.

New communication trends in organization 

Organization change-redesigning of business process, improvement in product and services, change in organizational structure. Change important for organization to survive and remain competitive. So there is change in communication. 

Blogs: Web blogs are frequently updated journal, featuring experts from new articles and links to other blogs.  Easy for the employees to express their thoughts what they feel about the organization.  Increase the efficiency of communication 

use blogs for preserving their reputation, identifying the competitors.

  With

the all number of blogs out there, monitoring them all can be quite difficult.

On line marketing:   Many

companies have been letting consumers create advertisement for them.

  Consumers

can have greater interaction with the brand.

Corporate videos:    Companies

create mini-documentaries for distribution over the internet. These videos present their product good and use of its services.



Wiki:   Wiki

is the dynamic website in which any user can add pages, modify content and comment on existing content.

  Companies

use wiki for brainstorming and exchange information while working on projects.
