New Property Management Company Hired

Interim POA Board awards property management contract to Heritage Properties of Atlanta The CH Interim POA Board unanimously voted to award a new property management contract to Heritage Properties. Heritage is an Atlanta-based property management company with 130 employees. Heritage will assume management of Cumberland Harbour by Friday, Nov. 21. The Interim POA Board terminated the property management contract with Association Integration Management Services (AIMS) for failure to maintain a Community Association Management License, as required by Georgia law. The Georgia Real Estate Commission has issued a cease and desist consent order to AIMS.
