Residents of the Municipalities of Bustos, Norzagaray, Bulacan, Baliwag, Balagtas, all in Bulacan; Province of Aurora particularly the northern part undertook pre-emptive evacuation yesterday, 02 October. Voluntary evacuation is on-going in Brgys Dibacong, Ditinagyang, Calangcuasan and Esteves, all in Casiguran. Evacuation sites are at Brgy hall and elementary schools.
