Instructor Contact information for teachers can be found under Staff Information in the student’s course. DLAs can find teacher contact info in the DLA Spa. Click on the Contact Info tab. The instructor can help with the following: • Answer course content questions • Reset tests and quizzes • Fix dead links • Answer basic Blackboard questions

Distance Learning Advisor Each school has a Distance Learning Advisor (DLA). The DLA registers students and provides support at the school level. The DLA is the student liaison to NCVPS and to the teachers. All assignment changes of DLAs should be reported to their assigned Virtual Learning Consultant.

Regional Virtual Learning Consultants Distance Learning Advisors (DLAs) have an assigned Regional Virtual Learning Consultant (VLC) to provide NCVPS operational support. The VLC assignments are posted in the Blackboard DLA Spa under Contacts.
