ANNOUNCEMENT OF PROXIES The Federation's Bylaws enable a voting member that is unable to attend all or portions of a general meeting to appoint another member to act as its proxy for all or portions of the meeting. The Chairperson will announce all proxies that conform to Bylaw II, Section 7 b., Proxy Votes.

REVIEW OF ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER A brief review of Robert's Rules will be provided.

PREPARATIONS FOR ELECTIONS a. Introduction of Electoral Officer The Caucus Executive recommends that National Treasurer Ben Lewis be appointed as the Electoral Officer for the elections to be conducted at this meeting. b.

Overview of Election Schedule and Procedures The Electoral Officer will provide an overview of the election schedule and procedures at this time.

PRESENTATION OF EXECUTIVE REPORT The Executive of the National Graduate Caucus will present a report detailing work undertaken since the February 2008 meeting. Following the presentation, delegates will have the opportunity to ask the Executive questions on the contents of the report and other activities undertaken since the previous meetings.

PRESENTATION OF FEDERATION SERVICES A presentation on the Federation's services will be provided.

REPORTS FROM WORKING GROUPS Working groups will be struck during the meeting to discuss each Caucus campaign, and develop plans for furthering the campaigns at both the local and national level. Group facilitators will report back to delegates.
