5. Ultrasound Report Date: 09/22/09 Examination: Pelvic Findings: The uterus is enlarged measuring about 16.4x9.6x11.2 cm, with a heterogeneous mass in the fundal area measuring 10.5x8.1 cm. Another hypoechoic solid mass is noted in the anterior wall of the lower uterine segment measuring 5.4x4.8 cm which causes a focal bulge in the uterine contour. The endometrium is thickened measuring 4.5 cm and inhomogeneous with poorly defined margins. Impressions: Uterine myomas, submucous with subserous component Endometrial hyperplasia Unremarkable adnexae
