My Teaching Philosophy

My Teaching Philosophy Education is one of the fundamental and influential vehicles through which children acquire knowledge and skills to achieve their full potential. To accomplish quality education, Teachers are required to reflect upon the way their students learn and respond to the applied curriculum, and the efficiency of the learning environment that they are providing. Therefore it is my role as a teacher to encourage each student’s curiosity about learning new ideas, provide quality and engaging pedagogical experiences to learn in a collaborative and independent method, facilitate strategies to efficiently cater for diverse

learning styles, and to support and encourage my students to develop into a positive and independent person of the wider community.
