Undergone Industrial Training at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT in its various departments during summer 2009. Attended an Industrial Tour at the SAMKRG pistons and piston rings factory at Srikakulam during September 2009. Made a “KNOW HOW” visit to the APSRTC service depot at Gajuwaka during November 2009.
ACHIEVEMENTS:

Currently working on a robot to facilitate for crossing over pits(with an unfolding bridge mechanism) for a competition at the TECH FEST : IIT Bombay. Figured in the top 20 in the event CONCReATE conducted at IIT Bombay during January 2009. One of the merit students at the college( 6th position in the department). Won 1st prize at the inter college Technical festival in an academic event(WORD WAR) during April 2008 Stood 4989th in over 2 lakh people in the engineering entrance examination in MAY 2007 Secured 2nd rank in a State level MATH talent search examination in December 2003. Figured in the top 9 in the 10th class examination at my school in May 2005. Built a working model of a MAGNETIC MONORAIL, at the district science fair and received the first prize during January 2005.. Won a Sport event(Throw ball- juniors) in the inter school meet during January 2002.

Familiar with various Workshop Processes and can work on lathes, drill and various machining processes. Proficient in working with WINDOWS(OS). Familiar with programming in C , JAVA & MATLAB. Worked with micro processors and fluent with ARDUINO.
