Mission in Greece – Results Promoted by EDINFODEC the delegation was composed by: Luciano Gonnella, EDINFODEC Coordinator Sauro Gori – ART Secretariat for Dec. Cooperation- Florence Eda Irini – Unops consultant and focal point for ART Initiative in Greece Gianluca Nocera Hussein El Mabrouk In the three meeting there was the participation of the Prefects, Mayors and Personalities in the different sectors. In each meeting was highlighted the historical proximity between Libya and Greece, in conflict with the situation that from Tobruk to Crete (230 Km) there is a distance of 4 flights. The delegation has introduced ART GOLD Initiative, the Libyan Sha’abiyat and their needs. The next meeting will be in September, in Libya, where is expected a Greek delegation of not less 20 persons both politicians and technicians. Mission in Spain – Results To Mr Hussein and Nocera joint Mr. Shuaib (Governor of Derna and Mr. Shaaib Secretary of Health of Misurata). The Andalusia is strongly oriented to cooperate. FAMSI is the Regional Fund for International Cooperation. The meetings and the participation to the conference has been organized by them with the active involvement of EDINFODEC. During a break of the conference a meeting has been organized with all the present local actors. All are interested to cooperate with Libya. In September is planned the first mission of Spanish delegates in Libya.
