This motion does not appear on that docket sheet, as such sheet is reflected of PACER. Rule 3(b) of the Rules Governing Section 2255 Cases in the United States District Courts

provides that “The clerk must file the motion and enter it on the criminal docket of the case in  which the challenged judgment was entered.” Armstrong requests that this Court enter an order compelling the clerk to file his April  22, 2009 motion in accordance with this Rule.  DATED:  July 27, 2009
