Credit Terms 1. All first time advertisers must pre-pay their ads until billing approval is received from the Credit Department. 2. All invoices are due upon receipt. Payments received after the 30th of the month will be subject to a service charge of 11/4 % per month on all outstanding balances of 30 days or more, with a minimum service charge of 50 cents per month. The annual periodic service charge rate is 15%.

General Requirements 1. All advertising accepted is subject to the approval of the Publisher. We shall have the right to revise or reject in whole or in part any advertisement. 2. In cases of typographical error, Montgomery Media will not be responsible for losses sustained by advertisers through the sale of goods at prices less than those quoted in the original manuscript of the advertisement. On request, an affidavit will be furnished to the advertiser to show customers the correct statement. 3. Advertisers are requested to check the first insertion of their advertisement. Montgomery Media will not be responsible for typographical errors beyond the first insertion.

4. Montgomery Media shall not be responsible for anything beyond the cost of the actual space occupied by an error. 5. Montgomery Media shall not be liable for omissions or failure to publish. 6. Position guaranteed with 25% surcharge, space permitting. Quarter page minimum. 7. Contract rates available. Non-fulfilled contracts are subject to short-rate. 8. We reserve the right to insert the word “advertisement” in all ads, especially those that may be mistaken for news articles. 9. All rates are net. 10. All rates subject to change with 30 days written notice.
