EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Ashley Furniture- April 2008 to October 2008 Router/Customer Service- I routed the delivery trucks and technicians to customers homes. Handled Customer Service issues, Set up technician appointments and delivery appointments. On occasion I would train/help employees and inspect furniture that was brought in to be fixed. The job required working extensively with Excel and a remote server. New Mexico PCS- July 2007 to April 2008 Sprint Sales Associate- I activate new accounts as well as upgrade and add lines to existing customers mobile accounts. I work with the public hands on and deal with happy and also the occasional, not so satisfied customers. I try to take care of a lot of “customer service” issues that the customer might have due to their bill or lack of service. I had to be aware of my surroundings and safety at all times. I was in charge of the instruction, discipline, and management of the pool area. EDUCATIONAL INTERESTS & PURSUITS -I am passionate about learning.
