MO HealthNet Health and Wellness Program  USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS  User Names

– They cannot be changed – Usually Last name, first initial (ie; SmithJ) – Facilities are all caps (ie; TMCWEST)

 Passwords – Can be re-set by the Provider Help Desk – Must be re-set every 90 days (system will prompt)
