What does ELI care deeply about?: ELI cared deeply about the spiritual condition of all people. ELI also works closely with evangelical leaders and churches in USA and Africa.

What do the leaders of this nonprofit organization have to practice, rather than them seeking power?: The leaders of this nonprofit organization practice selflessness rather than seeking power.

What is meant by “holistic work” when talking about Empowerment?: Engaging in projects that deal with spiritual, physical, and economic suffering face by the people is what is meant by “holistic work”.

What is the value of empowering the African people?: ELI believes empowering the African people makes use of a variety of educational methods with emphasis on ideas that can be demonstrated and even transferred to other ideas.

What is meant by Christ-Centeredness?: The people of ELI care about the spiritual condition of people, so they work to bring people into closer relationships with God, so they might get to know and serve him. That is what is meant by Christ-Centeredness.

What does Incarnational Ministry mean?: Incarnational Ministry means to go into every culture and reflect Christ’s humility and tell them about Christ, just as God has called us to do.

What is the connection of Transformational Thinking in people’s lives?: The connection of Transformational Thinking in people’s lives is to want the desire to see the church grow larger and invest our gifts and lives in God’s work around the world.

The major reason there is poverty in Africa is that the African people lack of skills, knowledge, and opportunities to succeed. •
What does Positional Power mean and how is the ELI ministry implementing it in their ministry?: Positional Power has used the power of their positional power for personal, tribal, or even national gain.

What is a Statement of Faith? Is it good to have one?: A Statement of Faith is a verse from the Bible that states our faith. It is good to have a statement of faith.

If you could select any ministry to get involved in, which one and why?: If I could select any ministry to get involved in, I would choose Children’s Ministry. I would choose Children’s Ministry, especially in Africa, because I would want to help the children and tell them about Christ.
