Our Trainers Manminder Kaur holds a Masters in Corporate Communications and is a certified trainer. As an ex-journalist with Astro Awani, Manminder has covered various issues at the international and local news arena. She has also done significant research in the area of corpora te communications (crisis communication) during her days as a Masters student. Manminder is currently a Public Relations Consultant with a well known PR agency.

Mohammad Izwan Azir is a prominent face on TV3. As a newscaster and journalist, Izwan is a well known icon in the local broadcasting industry. A Social Science degree holder from International Islamic University, the d emand of high pressured job has not stopped Izwan to continue his studies. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Communication in UiTM. Izwan is an expert in crossovers and has been reporting from the scene for some major breaking stories.

Puspavathy Ramaloo is no stranger in the local news scene. As a Senior Broadcast Journalist with TV3, Puspavathy has been recognized not only at the local front but internationally as well. Her most recent award was the Best Video News by the Malaysian Press Institu te. Her reports are not only above par but have significantly made an impact in the society. Puspavathy obtained her Masters in Mass Communications from USM with flying colours.

Azrul Amila Amir

is only 28 but for a person of his age, Azrul has achieved several milestones that many can only wonder about. Besides reading the daily news, he is the Editor of RTM’s Business Desk. Azrul is one of the key players for RTM’s revamp early this year. Before joining RTM, Azrul was a senior journalist with TV3 for eight years where he was groomed and polished not only as a journalist but also as a newscaster. Having vast experience in the local and international news arena, Azrul is a strict believer of quality not quantity of news reports churned.

Aminhayat Abdul Rahim is an experienced newscaster and journalist with TV9 since its inception in 2006. He was one of the pioneers of this station and has been trained to manage the overall production of TV9’s daily news slots. It is not his charming personality or good looks that have made him an outstanding news personality but a sharp sense of newsworthiness which helped to propel TV9 as the second highest watched tv station in the country in less than a year since it was launched. Aminhayat welcomes a strong and interesting pitch any day!

Saraswathi Muniappan is an award winning Senior Economic Journalist with the Malaysian National News Agency, BERNAMA. She was recently awarded with the coveted title of Best Economic News Reporter. Some of the major even ts that Saraswathi has covered over the years are the ASEAN Ministerial Meeting, World Congress on Information Technology in Adelaide & Malaysia, ASEAN-India Business Summit
