How it imposes constraints on media production? The programme you are making must not involve any criticism or any damaging allegation about an individual or organisation. Any act that is meant to embarrass, hinder or obstruct a court in the administration of justice.
How it could affect your product negatively This would mean that anyone watching could take legal action if they believe you criticised an individual.
How it could affect your product positively This would give me more viewers with them knowing they wouldn’t get any damaging allegations against them.
This could mean that people that will feature in my documentary may not want me giving there personal opinions A documentary I cant show must not contain anything that it private or private or confidential confidential which information without also means if the the consent of the person don’t wont person or me to broadcast it organization then I cant knowing.
This would not affect my production because I will not be interview criminals due to it not being appropriate. This is good because it allows the audience to have more trust in my production and gives the people featuring in my production more respect.
