• Liaised with on Site Designers for all disciplines, the SNEPCO Client Site Team, HSE Department and the Permit to Work Office.

• Operational Management: organised availability of resources (labour, plant, equipment, tools and materials), from design to hand-over: installed equipment through to Mechanical Completion (in the form of Field Test Records) . • Daily resolutions of all construction related problems.
• Interfaced with representatives from other construction sites (especially regarding “Carrying over Work”) and major equipment vendors’ representatives.
