ST. FRANCIS XAVIER PARISH BURSARY: Reminder ► The annual high school recipient of the parish bursary is chosen by the Pastoral Council at their June meeting. A student from either high school in Renfrew may apply by picking up the necessary paperwork from the parish office.
Applications must be returned to the office by June 1st. PARISH PHOTO DIRECTORY: DIRECTORY The renewing our “Parish Photo Directory” is in full swing again. A station is set up in the entrance of the church THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT WEEKEND. We hope to be more accessible to all who have not yet had their pictures taken. LET‘S JOURNEY TOGETHER — Topic: Life After Death – Resurrection (Large Hall) CHURCH CROSS PAINTING: The painting of the church cross in the steeple is slated to begin on June 2nd and will take about a week. Not only will it be something to see – it will be a major repair to pay for! Thank you for your ongoing generosity in sustaining our church.

THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC GROUP OF ST. JOSEPH’S HIGH SCHOOL: will be having a fundraising BBQ and Bake Sale outside Sterling’s No Frills in Renfrew on Saturday, May 30th between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. This event is to raise money directly for the people in need living in the Dominican Republic. Also, the St. Joseph’s High School Jazz Band will be performing around noon.
